'Girls' Trip
The first week of May my sisters, mom and friend Pam went on a girls trip. We had so much fun. We started out in Chicago. The tourbus guide told us everything we needed to know, and then some about the big city. After going to museums, the Shed aquarium, the Hershey's factory and Giaradelli's (where I paid 8 dollars for a sundae!), we headed to the quaint little town of Holland Michigan for the tulip festival. I've never seen so many tulips in my life, every color and kind imaginable. Terah had fun pretending to be a photographer and took a pic. of I think almost every tulip we saw! After three days in Michigan we went to the Gap outlet in Cincinnati, any shopaholic's dream. Thank goodness 
because I was in need of maternity pants. We ended our girls trip in Kentucky and went to the Glitz, my all time favorite restaurant in Kentucky where the nonesuch kiss is served, sounds forbidden, but it's just a yummy desert. After nine days with the girls I was happy to get back to the only man in my life, I think he was happy too!

We did have a blast. I think we need to plan one of these trips once a year, even if it is just a girls trip to the cabin. There is something about getting together with just the girls. We should all go to womens conference next year. It is only a few days and always so much fun.
